EZ-Loan: Electronic SearchOur computer can find you a Mortgage CompanyLet our computer do the work for you. Our search engine can electronically search and find a mortgage professional. After the system finds the loan agent, it can electronically submit your basic referral information directly to them for FREE. Just fill out one or both of the secure on-line forms. If you are a mortgage company and would like more information about this program-go here. InstructionsThere are two OPTIONAL steps to EZ-Loan. The first step involves completing a brief EZ-Loan referral application. The information on this first application is basic contact information and is the only information that will be provided to mortgage professionals during our search. Step two is optional and NOT REQUIRED and involves completing an electronic version of the "Uniform Residential Loan Application". If you choose to complete step two, the information will be encrypted and saved in a database. Once you have chosen a mortgage loan agent, give your FILE-ACCESS PASSWORD to them and they will request your information using this PASSWORD as well as other information identifying you as their customer. The advantage of STEP TWO is that you only need to fill out only one Loan Application no matter whom you choose. This is true whether you pick one of the loan agents referred by us or even if you go somewhere else for your mortgage loan. All lending institutions use the information in this standard form. In addition, filling out the Standard Loan Application will speed your loan approval process and could also dramatically reduce the cost of your loan. You can choose to complete step one only, step two only, or both step one and step two.
SecureYou should never submit confidential information over the Internet without verifying that the information is secure. The information you provide or that you view with our form is "encrypted" while it travels over the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). (We are certified for SSL - the recognized standard in Internet Security by VeriSign) {Serial #: 02:7A:00:0B:F9, currently valid till 8/6/97}.
As an independent third party, we will securely store your information in an electronic format. We do not sell, distribute, disseminate, or provide your information to any organization, person or persons unless you provide your secret password to some individual or organization for the purposes of securing this information. Our service is only a basic referral service. We do not actively lend or broker loans nor do we get a percentage of your loan. Once we receive the information, it is automatically added to a secure password-protected database. Only the REQUIRED CONTACT INFORMATION section IS sent to the agents. We do not send the STANDARD LOAN APPLICATION until you have notified us. Once we receive a special Password unique to you, we will electronically submit the rest of the standard application encrypted, and password protected to the mortgage agent or lender of your choice. Finally, the mortgage professional is contacted and given a unique password so that he/she can "unlock" your information. CompleteYou don't need to fill-out the entire Standard Loan Application. Only step one is "required" for us to refer your information to a loan agent in your area. However, if you fill-out the entire Standard Loan Application, some mortgage professionals and lenders can speed your loan process. If you fill out the entire Standard Application, we will securely store the information for you for up to two months. Once you have agreed on who will provide your mortgage, contact us to have it electronically sent to whoever you chose. We do charge a small fee to the mortgage professional for the transmission service but most find this fee very reasonable. EasyA Standard Loan Application is quite long! By filling out one centrally located electronic form, you can easily have this form sent to whoever your wish. If you want to ensure that you time on-line is small, you can print out and fill-out a version by hand first. If it's entirely too large for you, just complete the smaller form. We have the largest "reliable" mortgage agent database which is comprised of many hundreds of mortgage professionals. Using our list, we will independently refer your loan to agents and provide them your name. We don't provide this information to the whole database, only 5 professionals in your immediate area.
