You can review the past trends of indices that affect current, short-term and longer term interest rates. If you don't understand how each index affects mortgage interest rates or need more information about a particular index, 
go here. You can also just see a historical graph of some of these indicies.

Select which Index to display using the down arrow next to the "Select an Index" field. The data is stored in a database so that you can view trends for different periods. Enter the starting date and the ending date, and press the "Retrieve" button. The "Reset" button returns the form back to its' defaults. If you don't enter a starting or ending date, all of the data will be displayed.
